The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the inn added a special charm to the atmosphere. I appreciated the garden view. it was a lovely sight to wake up to each morning.

Had a great time with family, enjoying cozy spaces at the Inn and the included breakfast was solid, I still think about that bacon. The staff, especially Mary at the front desk, was cute and genuinely enthusiastic about making our stay enjoyable.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth it.

We really enjoyed the room upgrade to the Peacock Room and the cozy charm of the period decorations throughout the place. The self-serve breakfast was a treat, and we loved unwinding in the beautiful garden area. The heating system was a bit noisy, but it didn't ruin our fantastic stay at all – just remember to turn it off! 🌸

The dining scene here was a feast for the senses! The late-night bar was a total hit, serving up drinks that may just have defined Painesville fun. And I can’t forget to gush about the stellar themed rooms, each a delightful adventure on its own.

They could definitely warm up the breakfast a bit better. the coffee could also use some love. And man, that elevator moves slower than molasses!

We stayed in the Deluxe Queen Suite and it was amazing! The room was super spacious and had this luxurious vibe with all the historical decor. Seriously, the bathroom was massive—way bigger than most hotel bathrooms. The bedding? So comfy, I slept like a baby. The whole place was immaculately maintained, which made everything feel extra cozy. No complaints here!

I was surrounded by the warm ambiance and rich history radiating from every corner. Our room was a Beautiful King Studio with an ultra-comfy bed, 9 plush pillows, and good, fluffy towels! The attention to detail is unmatched-from the fine antique décor to the complimentary breakfast served in a uniquely atmospheric setting-every experience felt curated just for us!

wow! our stay at steele mansion inn & gathering hub was unforgettable. my daughter and i loved exploring the impeccably decorated mansion. amy at the phone was incredibly helpful, and mary made our lobby time fun! we especially appreciated the extra fluffy towels and luxurious sheets.
